director, have accepted an invitation from the Philippine Department of the Interior and will travel to
Manila on the 25th for bilateral cooperation talks. They will engage with the Technical Education and
Skills Development Authority of the Philippines to discuss introducing the course into Filipino middle
schools and establishing educational institutions.
